Rules by Category
Keeping Contact on Gramsy
Keep first contact on the platform. Do not share off-platform contacts (messengers, phone, email, social handles, links), advertise external sites or channels, or post instructions to move off-platform — including obfuscated or encoded forms.
No Commercial Activity
Gramsy is not a marketplace. Do not offer paid services, escort, or sponsorship; do not solicit money, gifts, donations, or sugar arrangements; do not recruit for paid adult work.
Authentic Identity
Be yourself. Do not impersonate another person, a public figure, or Gramsy staff; do not post knowingly false profile data; do not run scams, including fake verification requests that ask for documents or payment. Your profile photos and avatar must be real, current images of you (and your partner, for a couple) — not cartoons, drawings, logos, celebrities, stock, AI-generated pictures, or anyone else. A visible face is not required, but the image must genuinely be you.
Photos
Photos are the face of a profile. Upload original, good-quality shots that show you and, if the profile is for a couple, your partner.
Not allowed:
- screenshots and re-shot screens: interface elements, frames, chat or gallery crops; upload the original from your device gallery;
- watermarks and logos of other sites and services; marks left by photo-editing apps are fine;
- contacts, QR codes, and links on the image (see "Keeping Contact on Gramsy");
- photos without a person in the public album: landscapes, memes, art, and objects; in the private album, appropriate people-free photos are fine, for example a venue or an interior;
- heavy retouching and filters that distort your appearance beyond recognition;
- images where your appearance has been altered by a neural network: AI "enhancement", face swaps, or blending a photo with a generated image; an AI background or scene is fine if your appearance is real and recognizable. We may mark such photos with an "AI" label. If you disagree with the label, contact support and attach proof: photos of the same place from other angles, a video from the shooting spot, or the original with metadata;
- other people's images: celebrities, stock, photos of someone else (see "Authentic Identity");
- drawn images instead of a photograph: illustrations, watercolours, cartoon and anime portraits, 3D renders;
- minors in the frame: such photos are prohibited unconditionally, even in the background.
We understand that not everyone is ready to show their face to every user of the site. That is why Gramsy has private albums: keep photos with your face there and open them only to people you trust. You can also complete verification without showing your face publicly.
Hate and Harassment
Treat others with respect. Hate speech and discrimination (including by race, gender, orientation, religion, body, or age), insults, harassment, threats, and incitement to violence are prohibited.
Others' Privacy
Protect other people's privacy. Do not post third parties' personal data, leak private chats, expose a partner's data without consent, or threaten to publish someone's intimate content.
Profile Quality
Keep your profile genuine. Spam, gibberish, mass templates, all-caps aggression, empty or placeholder bios, and explicit or vulgar nicknames are not allowed. You may write about sex openly, but without vulgarity or pornographic detail.
